The goal at every grade is to prepare the student for the next level, eventually leading on to college. Academic standards are high, and students receive the support to meet and exceed them. Thrive Charter School offers supplemental instruction in reading, writing and math, speech therapy, ESL and home study through state aid.
The complete elementary education program includes regular classroom instruction in language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies supplemented by instruction in computer science, Spanish, art, music, physical education and library science. Advanced math instruction is provided to exceptional students in grades 5-8.
At the secondary level, Thrive Charter School offers courses at the Advanced Placement (AP), Honors, College Preparatory and Academic levels to best meet the needs, interests and abilities of individual students and to help each one succeed. Students have the opportunity to dually enroll in Mercer County Community College for specialized courses and to receive college credits.
